Doors Aren't Cover Improved

The way original Doors Aren't Cover mod is coded, it crashes the game upon attempting to load the Firebase North mission.

This is due to the mod overwriting the entire data/entities/various.xml file, instead of overwriting the wooden doors in a uniquely named file.

This mod adds the same functionality while also fixing this bug. Additionally, this error should be fixed regardless of future updates to the game.
