REMOVE THE CHEAT INCOME FROM PLAYABLE CAPITALS

That's right, folks... I've been playing for 8 years and I didn't realize that the main playable factions received a little help from the game.
For example: if you play as the Arverni, your capital city has more income than the capitals of your neighboring Aquitani, Secuani, etc.
The same with Rome: it has an extra income, but the Etruscan capital DOESN'T...
I FEEL DIRTY, MY FRIENDS...
That's not even counting the 2500 base income that all factions receive out of nowhere...
And who knows what other help...

This mod removes that extra income from playable capital cities.
I'll be posting more ANTI-CHEAT mods this week.
I recommend installing mods like BASE INCOME 500 and UNKEEP ARMY REDUX to balance things out.

And if a main faction can't do it without help, it deserves to disappear...
and that means the game's economy or AI is flawed and needs to be improved with mods.
It sounds complicated but I already did it, I just don't have time to post all the mods.
