Removes all artifact restrictions – every character can fully benefit from any artifact.

Have you ever conquered Constantinople and claimed the legendary Byzantine artifacts, only to realize your character can’t actually use them? Many artifacts in CK3 are locked behind cultural, religious, or government restrictions – meaning you often end up with treasures that look great in your court but provide no real benefit.

This mod removes those restrictions.
All characters, regardless of culture, faith, or government type, will always meet the conditions to benefit from artifacts. No more wasted treasures – if you own it, you can use it.
