Modern Uniforms: Riot Police

This mod replaces the riot police sprites with something I'd though would be more modern (Yes, most of this sprite is pasted from my SWAT mod).

NOTICE: The shield sprite in this mod will NOT work with other mods that change people.png because only one people.png can be loaded at a time. See Discussions to see how to add the shield from my mod to other mods that affect people.png (FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY, THIS IS ONLY LOCALLY, WILL NOT AFFECT THE ORIGINAL ONLINE VERSION OWNED BY EVERYONE ELSE)
