[V-Script] Unused Spitter Claw Attack Sounds Restored

game changing and not annoying trust me

This restores two unused sounds for Spitter's claw attacks via V-Script. Spitter won’t awkwardly scratch in complete silence now.

In the video preview I turned off my own hit sounds so you can hear her unused claw sounds better, it’s not a bug.

You can customize the chance of the sounds playing, if you think the sounds play too much, as they play per every Spitter claw swing:
"ems/spitter_attack_sound/spitter_attack_sound.cfg"

NOTICE:

- Since the actual sound-script block for these sounds are closed off in the game for whatever reason, it's played straight through the sound files. Therefore, the sounds won't have a smooth echo in the distance - just an audio cut off at a certain range if you're far away enough. It's not a big concern personally, but its better that you are aware about this.
