BMCE:R HECU:R Addon - MOUT aka T-Block Camouflage

The Urban MOUT pattern (also Urban camouflage pattern, nicknames: T-MOUT, Urban T, T-pattern and T-Block) was an experimental camouflage pattern of the US military in the late 1990s. Early samples appear to have existed around 1998. An experimental urban camouflage Battle Dress Uniform was developed and used during the Urban Warrior exercises of 1999. The pattern consists of a medium gray, dark gray, and black color arranged in a geometric pattern, intended as a 'pattern breaker' to make Marine troops harder to locate when in such environments. Like all modern BDUs, it is made of a lightweight rip-stop material. The pattern was never officially adopted, and it has since been superseded by MARPAT from 2001.
