I agree with vajeeking, that the productivity of the mod is overpowered. I didn't change that, but suggest to reduce the productivity to a more realistic value by setting
$PRODUCTION plants 0.5
in file building.ini to s.th. siginificantly lower, e.g. 0.1

Yeah, you can choose any value that seems reasonable to you. It does consume liquid fertilizer
though.
Besides that, I think it should require heating. But afaik one cannot enable heating on a factory. So instead it should require coal or oil as a source for heating (some other greenhouse mod does that).

You might want to tweak this one too. Livestock farms should take up way more space and consume a lot of water like this does, but maybe it should produce a some natural fertilizer and store more at a time.
