V schmoves his way into YOMI hustle!

V uses his dual blades and elite programming knowledge to turn the tides of battle.
This is my first mod and is also a WIP so advice would be greatly appreciated!
This is NOT a cyberpunk mod, and instead is an original character.
Sprites are intended to be blocky and goofy.

Character is in very early access, like pMod is in pre beta so it has a limited moveset, base moveset will be done when the beta releases, I may slowly release bug fixes, balancing changes and new moves in the mean time, but they wont be huges uploads.

Fixed the issue with him not appearing lmao. Note he only has 2 moves as of this time, I was just figuring out how to upload to the workshop.
