Embarcadero Plaza (San Francisco)

描述
A collection of San Francisco's Embarcadero landmarks in the "California" category under the Assets menu, including:
> Ferry Building
> Hyatt Regency Hotel
> 4 Embarcadero Center
> Landmark Building (South Pacific Building)
> One Market Plaza


* The Ferry Building is a building asset only, not a functional ferry port.
I would love to integrate port functionality directly, but there’s very little reference from similar mods. For best results, place a default ferry port first and plan the quay/dock layout accordingly. You can also add your own footpaths if you want to see sims/people entering the buildings.

** EISFEUER’s "Modular Tram Station" mod works especially well for recreating the plaza scene.

[tornadocrow] There are a few ways to do this. My personal solutions are:
1. use "Buy The Plot" mod to occupy the land,
2. use "no AI building roads" from "Marc's Street and Trampack" mod,
3. place a collision block (the option without a house model) using "CB asset TpF2 Era_C" mod

Any reccomendations on how to stop other buildings from building inside the asset?

Fantastic work, finally I can start building maps based on the Pacific Coast. Any chance you might update your US billboard pack next, seems the current version is causing multiple crashes?
