Hearts of Iron IV: Replayability mod is my attempt to refresh existing game mechanics, give importance to those that someone might not even know about, and make the game more diverse and playable. I tried to rethink some aspects, bring some to mind in the same form in which they are presented by the developers.

In short, the role and pumping volume of our beloved agency has been increased, the resistance is now really resisting, and the management of the military command has an almost key role, because the bonus from planning without a general is completely meager.

Major changes:
- Increased the penalty for war support for human resource losses: -30% > -65%
- With a low percentage of stability, progress is accumulating towards the outbreak of a civil war, in which the most popular opposition party rises up.
- If the popularity of the opposition is too high, a coup is possible that will greatly destabilize the state and change the government without a civil war.
- It is now possible to dismiss the ruler (It is not recommended to use it on historical rulers before the end of all branches of the path)
- 4 ideological draft laws have been added, each of which increases the popularity of the respective party and gives them their characteristic economic or political bonuses
- Added a unique trade policy for Democrats, "Imperialism," with certain adoption requirements, which allows for aggressive action by removing penalties to justify the war on democratic ideology
- Increased the base resistance target: +35% > +50%
- Stability strongly affects the resistance target: +20% (At 0% stability) > +75%
- Having a claim to the territory reduces the target of resistance more: -5% > -15%
- The underlying resistance has been raised: +0.20% > +0.30%
- Subordination grows faster if there is a claim to the territory: +5% > +15%
- Increased impact of VP on the resistance target: 0.001 > 0.002
- Increased the spread of resistance from the neighboring province: 50% > 75%
- Increased the number of agency improvement levels and added new ones: 3 ideological and 1 for general agent improvement.
- For each completed agency upgrade, 1 operative cell is given.
- The maximum number of agents has been increased: 10 > 15
- Each agent now has 10 levels, the first 2 levels give efficiency debuffs, the 3rd level has no modifiers, and the subsequent ones give useful buffs.
- The basic planning maximum has been reduced: 40% > 5%
- The main percentage of the maximum planning is given by the generals' planning skill, the planning speed increases the field marshal's planning skill
- The weekly increase in human resources has been removed in the standard focuses and ideological bonus of the Communists, mainly replaced by the factor of the conscripted population

Other changes:

A country:
- Offensive warfare gives a more severe penalty to war support: -20% > -30%
- Defensive War gives more war support: +20% > +30%
- Global tensions have less effect on support for war: +40% (At 100% tension) > +25%.
- Increased the increase in the penalty for war support per week for bombing: 0.006 > 0.05
- Reduced war support penalty for destroyed convoys: -50% > -35%. But now he's typing faster.: 0.006 > 0.02
- The base coefficient of special forces has been increased: 5% > 10%

Economy:
- The base fuel reserve of 50,000 has been removed, as has the base gain
- Economic laws have been reworked, and now they, along with draft laws, affect demographics, among other things.

Diplomacy:
- Maximum and minimum views increased: 100 > 200
- Reduced the minimum number of divisions for sending volunteers: 30 > 10
- The growth of tension over the subordination of countries has been reduced: 1.25 > 0.75
- The increase in points at the peace conference has been extended by 20 rounds instead of 5, they increase by 20% each round. Each subsequent round lowers the base victory points by 5% down to 5%

Agency:
- Propaganda can reduce stability and support for war more strongly: -20% > -35%

Army:
- Generals' attack and defense skills also add initiative and maximum strength.

Only issues so far, is the AI CANNOT handle the resistance changes. From the get go ALL of frances, spains, and the british's colonies will rebel within a year tops.
