Various Indicator Speed in AI Traffic

A small thing with a notable small change to get more natural traffic ingame.

This mod is just adjusting the indicator speed for AI traffic to get some variation when cars and trucks are indicating.

For example: the classic slower VW AG cars indicator (3 times in a second) vs. BMW* indicator (like 5 times in a sec). There is a variation in its indicator speed.

(*IF a BMW driver ever indicates in his entire live ;-) - greetings from GER :D)

Created and tested on Version 1.56.x, if no breaking updates in the future, this mod works on newer versions, too.

Mod Loading Order

It should be compatible with other traffic mods not using this parameter.
