Can you unsubscribe and resubscribe, and if that does not fix it post a list for me of other mods you have so I can check for conflicts? I don't see anything that would boost their movement in this mod.
I enjoyed my third playthrough with it, and I'd love to play my fourth with this mod.
As someone who loves this game so much, I love modders who make Troubleshooter more enjoyable.
I think I can make them compatible, but will need to do some research to make sure it won't trigger the anti-tampering code he put into his mod. There is anti-tampering in that mod that gives you -99.9% rewards on all missions and dmg done if it detects you aren't playing the game the way he wants you to. This is particularly important since his mod also doesn't allow uninstall: it will break your save if you try to uninstall.
I can make a compatibility patch, probably if you mention which mod you want: Just have to make a harmony version of pc.xml.
