Deathrun

Deathrun is a classic Garry’s Mod gamemode where players are split into two teams:

Runners: attempt to make their way through a deadly obstacle course filled with traps.

Death(s): trigger traps at the right moment to stop the runners before they reach the end.

The goal for the runners is to survive the traps, outsmart the deaths, and reach the finish line. The deaths must carefully time their traps to eliminate all the runners before they succeed.

Fully functional Deathrun gamemode for Garry’s Mod.

Works out of the box, no additional dependencies needed.

Includes a private Fretta base (fretta13_dr) specifically for this addon, which means it will not conflict with other gamemodes like Extreme Football Throwdown (EFT).

Comes with its own logo and icons so it shows up properly in the gamemode selection menu.

🎮 How to Play

Start a server or single-player session with Deathrun selected in the gamemode menu.

Choose a Deathrun map (usually starting with dr_).

Players are automatically split into Runners and Deaths.

Runners must dodge traps and reach the finish.

Deaths must strategically activate traps to stop them.

⚠️ Notes

This addon includes its own Fretta base (fretta13_dr), so it will not overwrite or interfere with other Fretta-based gamemodes.

Compatible with Extreme Football Throwdown (EFT) and similar addons.

To avoid conflicts, do not mix this with other custom Deathrun addons that also include Fretta.
