no drop + spectral shards

Warning: this mod is not compatible with "spectral shard drop from enemies", do not use both at the same time.

Removes all drops from enemies except:
coins, hell notes, hell ingots, map data, mythics, tranquil turmoil, magic mirror, pets

Adds spectral shard drop to enemies.

Coins and hell notes have their stack size increased and drop rate decreased to reduce lag, average amount dropped is unchanged.
