In short, Polish TF2 YouTuber made a map and said that anyone can modify it and do whatever you want with it, so I finished it.

And to honor the words of the original creator, cp_bastion _final also allows you to modify and do whatever you want.
so cp_bastion_final enters the public domain and I talked to the original creator and he doesn't problems with it
