Allow Mountain Drops

Re-enables the high-altitude drop points the new rover normally avoids, and the old pod.

Changes the minimum atmospheric density the new rover will choose to the 80% the old drop pod used, so now you sometimes drop in to high mountain valleys and have to deal with those terrain problems a different way.

Re-enables the planet pod (the rover/pod selection appears random) so that fun puzzle doesn't get lost. I put the infamous four kelp crisps in it too.
