Kummersdorf Training Camp

This mod adds the old Military Camp tutorial mission, plus some old art.

The following changes compared to the original version of the mission were done:
- implemented the previously-unused introduction video
- all German helmets in the mission feature the Reich war flag (historically accurate, as the war flag was no longer painted on helmets starting in 1940, while this takes place in 1939)
- all German side caps feature Waffenfarbe (the colored V; historically accurate, as its appliance to side caps only stopped in 1942)
- MP 40s replaced with MP 38s (only affects sappers, as those were the only ones with MP 40)
- ammo for the "additional weapons" at the shooting range now only appears after the weapons are unlocked, as opposed to some mags appearing from the start

Old art included in the mod:
- the "notebook" that appears as background for mission loading text is back to its Ostfront-themed version from the beta of Gates of Hell
- Ace of Swords' loading screen is also back to its old version, which featured NATO insignia on the map (better to have a non-immersively filled map than an empty one)
