描述
This is the game's animated basketball players. I extracted the original asset, improved the textures, and re imported it for use with Custom Animation Loader mod.

This will not work if you don't have the CAL mod. It will just appear as a box.

It is under Other Parks, or use Find It.

It is a park with 0 stats. After you plop it you can then use Move It to place the animation wherever you want.

This is useful if you want to have animated basketballers on custom court assets in your city. This will add some nice life to your city.

All credit goes to the original game developers, this asset just allows you use the animations and player models wherever you want.

Excellent! Little changes and additions like this make a HUGE difference in the simulations. Thank you for this. I also support the suggestion for having an animation of people loitering at storefronts and such.

Just found your page, these are awesome. Can you also make one with young guys hanging around a storefront for low income areas. Like in GTA San Andreas.
