Gas Grenade accurate hitbox & countdown for Weapon Balance (Teal and blue colours)

Overhauls the gas grenade's particles with a more compact cloud to give better visibility inside and around the grenade, changes the ring shaped hitbox marker to a more accurate cyan square which slowly turns blue and a 5 second countdown giving you a visual cue as to when the grenade is about to run out. Timing of the countdown is for Weapon Balance only but the addon can still be used with vanilla gas grenades; after the countdown and hitbox marker all disappear another smaller square shaped marker replaces them which allows you to still have an idea of the radius and duration of the gas.
