Negi Style Minimap Border

描述
Reskins the default mini-map to follow the scheme of the legacy version of Negi's Health UI.

Archived and revived version of a minimap mod that I noticed to be missing from my collections and the workshop as a whole uploaded around 2023. OG author palette-swapped the mini-map from Sylvium's UI+.

If any parties cited take issue with this re-upload, I'll take it down, and it shouldn't be too great a loss given Negi's latest iteration of their UI pack contains a mini-map of their own.

so it is! nice find, i'm guessing the pack i remember must've pulled the map from there and applied the palette from negi's health UI v1?

i'll keep this pack up for posterity's sake and those using it, although it feels a little obsolete with negi having added minimap elements to their UI pack now
