Ported over Gmod and enhanced as well (AND compatible with SFM too) by myself.

Another fresh Medigun...or better, another Medigun that was forgotten and let to rot and that now can see proper light here.

Features are:
*bones (along with additional ones made by me);
*bodygroupable parts;
*BLUE skin;
*simple physic.
