Is simple, in A3 workshop on the right side you going to see tags to filter missions, just select Singleplayer and you good to go.
Also there is a guy who adapts my MP mission to SP, if you wanna play them go here:

Well, to bad it is not single player. If you know some wauy to use the armaholic "search' option to select only non MP only mission, please let me know

Yo, captain obvious, i already responded to this "issue" you reported.
It's a MP/hard-core mission, you are not going to see a save option in this kind of missions.
So please stop reporting non-issues. Thank you!

Here it is a nice video by Sir Bone, very interesting stealth approach, i've played this mission with many people during alpha and beta tests but never tried to do this quitely :)
