witches really dont like pipebombs

inspiration from Xenorvya (see comments)

throwing pipebombs can now *really* get on the witch's nerves

oh? but this can already happen in the base game you are probably saying or not idk? well yes, but only *after* the pipebomb has already exploded; this has two main consequences:

1) for casual players, immersion is ruined and
2) this can cause the witch to stumble, therefore allowing the survivors to stumble crown her

with this, she will get angry *before* the pipebomb explodes, improving immersion as well as making her more of a threat

this includes a customizable ems config file at witchbomb/options.cfg

with the default config, she will be able to get a lil bit angry at the pipebomb even if it wont hurt her in the explosion, and she will also be able to basically hear the pipebomb, meaning that she will get still angry (albeit not as much) even through walls - tho that can be disabled if you are a coward
