Regional Brigands - Pelagic Hybrid patch

A simple patch that allows the Pellagic Hyrbid to spawn with my regional bandits depending on which dungeon. The pelagic Hybrid himsellf will look the same everywhere. I might create variants of him as well eventually.If I do so, I'll update this patch.

Hard requirements:

• Regional Enemies
  
• Regional Brigands
  
• Pelagic Hybrid (Monster Mod)

Load this patch above all required mods.

NOTE: If I release Regional Spiders and Regional Maggots, this patch and its requirements will be updated to support those new variants in the Weald.
