Tradboy's Zenu

Adds the Zenú Civilization under Totó to Sid Meier's Civilization V.
The Zenu are an indigenous people of Colombia, who made one of the most sophisticated irrigation systems in South America in precolonial times.

During the arrival of the Spanish, they found their realm, named the Great Zenu, with three major lordships, Panzenu, Zenufana and Finzenu, the ladder one was govern by Totó, a religious leader who was so sacred that her feet were not supposed to touch the ground, so her followers would act as steps for her.

The Zenu people still live in modern time, but with their population reduced to reservations.

UA: Momposino Filigree
Specialists consume half the normal amount of Food.+1 Faith and Gold from Specialists in cities settled on rivers.

UU: Interfluvial Lord (Great Engineer)
Retains the base abilities of the unit. Can be expended to create random Specialist slot in the city, Creating a Specialist or Hurrying Production grants a burst of Food to the city.

UB: Hydraulic System (Aqueduct)
Carries less Food from citizens born than the Aqueduct but gains an additional 5% of Food carried over whenever a Citizen is born for each filled Specialist slot in the city. (caps at 50%) +1 Great Engineer Specialist Slot.
