Is this the intro section when you're on the tram car? This is the part where you see a helicopter and G-man walking into the facility. Obviously it's been edited though.

Did you just literally convert the BSP file without any change ?

-Ladders doesn't work.
-Some places are no accasable, either the hitboxes are so tiny or the there is a problem.

For example, the building on the screenshot, try to enter it and you'll understand what I mean.
