Welcome to Aquatic Lifeforms!

An evolution of Zooxz's mod, it adds expeditions, recipes, tools, and resources focused on fishing.

Lukeh_ro's Fishing mod is a mandatory requirement as it was originally developed in tandem with it. Also, while not required, Justin Crause's Recipe Pack mod is highly encouraged as it will allow you to smoke fish, shrimp, and oysters using the Smoker building in it.

New fish resources:
  • Crab
  • Lobster
  • Oysters
  • Shrimp

  • Broiled Lobster
  • Crab Casserole
  • Oysters Jumbalaya
  • Seafood Scampi
  • Shrimp BBQ
  • Smoked fish, shrimp, lobster, and oysters (requires Justin Crause's Recipes mod)
  • Surströmming (Fragrant!)
  • Prepared Surströmming
  • Sushi Rolls
Tools
  • Fishing poles
  • Fishing harpoons
  • Scuba gear
Expeditions
  • Resource Expedition
  • Aquatic Expedition
  • Astra Expedition
To do list:
  • Further enhance expeditions, some rework beyond what the 2.0 update did is needed.
  • Integrate scuba gear as a requirement for the expeditions as originally intended. Not required at this time.
  • Fish farming
  • Fish based fertilizer

Fishing for other aquatic creatures will be added to lakes/the fishing dock in a future update. When this update was pushed, the code that allowed that in the previous version went missing, but Zooxss found it. Just needs some tweaking first.

For expeditions, I'll also be adding an infinite one that will have a low chance to be discovered via exploration.

How can I consistently obtain lobsters? Among high-end ingredients, only lobsters require fewer items, but the probability of refreshing after using up the number of explorations seems to be low. And in the lake, I can only catch fish. Is it because I don't have scuba gear?

It's oke now i think. Somehow i was unsubscribed from this mod ( or a similar named mod ). Am i correct in thet the original mod was deleted and you guys revived it and updated it ? I might be a bit doozy with my questions, it's late and i am on my medications lol.
