And i have small idea for civilian cars pack. How about to make some russian cars? (VAZ-2108,2107,2109,GAZ-452,gazel truck) I know that you may dont like them but they can be used as cheap cars for "poor" civilians. And maybe some expensive cars (sport,super,luxury cars) for "rich" civilians.

Yes, it's based on russian ZIL 130.

Whole pack is based on Polish OSP concept (no idea, if other countries have it) which is a volunteer fire service. Stationed in remote towns and villages which can't afford regular fire depts, and manned by volunteers living in the area is the 1st response unit before regular emergency services arrive. Because they are rarely responding they are usually equipped with old engines from 1980s, 1970s, sometimes even 60s.

Can you made ambulance and police like this? I think this can be even better!
