The Chosen One (character)

The Chosen One from Animator vs Animation joins the Fray!
This is my second charcater with entirely unique sprites made by myself!
The Chosen One's main mechanic is his meter.

Moveset:
Neutral special - A quick laser shot.
Side special - A counter that shoots out a projectile when activated.
Down special - Normally a weak punch, but when the meter is full it reasults in a cool lookin final attack!
Up special - The Chosen One uses his flame hand hover flying power stuff to fly upwards.
Final smash - there is a quick timer, press attack to activate the normal strong down special, and special for the actual final smash.
