Better Vanilla Pattern Torpedos

Improves the vanilla pattern torpedoes, but doesn't add functionality.

• Fixes the FAT's constant south bound course.
  
• Increases the LUT's turn radius to match the FAT's at ~170m (Vanilla: 95m).
  
• Changes the leg length of the FAT to match the historical FAT Lang length at 1500m (Vanilla: 1050m)
  
• Changes the leg length of the LUT to match the historical FAT Kurz length at 800m (Vanilla: 675m)
  
• Pattern program starts with the beginning of the first leg at the end of standoff distance. (Vanilla: starts ~1/2 through the first leg)

Savegame compatible and uninstalls cleanly.

Pattern start behavior and pattern leg lengths are customizable in the Settings.cs file located at Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\494840\3569145448\Source.
