Vault locations:
In order to advance Ultimate Vault Hunter Rank 4, you need to complete all the Wildcard Missions required to unlock Ultimate Vault Hunter rank 5. Those missions require you to find and clear a Vault in Fadefields, Terminus Range, and Carcadia Burn, and then complete Wildcard Missions related to them. Here are the locations of those Vaults.
