Introduction
While playing the game, I got tired of looking all over the unions looking for that particular thing I saw during a run and I wanted to start with to try out a build, this excellent guide let me filter out skills or runes I could use but didnt tell me where to get them, so I figured to make this guide.

unions get unlocked as you clear dungeons, so after you clear Highway, some unions unlock then if you clear cave, some others might unlock, etc. Check each dungeon missions to check with unions get unlocked, I thought of making this guide after unlocking most unions so i dont have that info, if you do, put it in a thread or in the comments and Ill ad it to the guide :)

If you are a game veteran and come over here telling me you guys already had this somewhere in Discord, do let me know and Ill add it at the top of the guide, I dont use Discord so i couldnt find anything but for those who do and are looking for info, would be great.

Anyway, I used an OCR python script to read the Union Rewards info and extract the text so I could easily copy-paste the contents and make the guide so it might not be 100% accurate, if you find any mistake, do let me know in the comments so I can fix it, I did proofread.. ONCE.. haha :)

I made some notes on some of the items but it isnt very extensive.

Im a lazy bastard but a helpful one, I try.

Tips and Notes
Unlocks
Factory unlocks when you join the Engineer union, it allows you to convert 5 items into a new one, basically, you can trash your items here and hope to get a useful one.

Keystones unlock when you finish Pandemonium dungeon, it allows you to inflict negative challenging conditions on your dungeon run so you can explore more floors, basically extending the dungeon at the cost of making it harder.

Battlefield Dungeon also unlocks with the above, lots of Union missions need a Battlefields score to give union points, this is a semi-PVP dungeon where you take your last non-easy winning character and battle other player's characters, its free to play so try it out, if you lose here, you might get a good lab part out of it.

Sanctuary and Trial also unlock then, these are special dungeons with special currency rewards which can be used in Shop->Other shops

Othr dungeons unlock later but I didnt pay too much attention when they did, sorry.

HP stacks when you dont have any stacks
So, its possible to not have even 1 HP stack.. how does the game treat this? as you being in MAX stacks or in ZERO stacks? both? who knows. haha! if you know, let me know in the comments.

Finding items in dungeon
Be careful when replacing items mid-run, the item you're replacing will be lost!

Nice Runes for your skills
Quicker (Nice)
Auto: Free (Nice)
Auto: Ailment (Get those immunity)
Boost / Tempo (Skill boost so it activates twice)
Enlighten (so you can put 2 more runes if you dont plan to craft)
Cheer (Extra bravery)
Iron Will (to prevent hp stack reductions)
Stalemate/Burden/Exhaust (to prevent enemy from using skills)
Break (Prevent enemy's burst skills)

Free skills
They cant get high cooldowns, so runes that give abilities for only 1 turn (like Vigor Rune) are good to install on them if you plan to use the free skill to end the turn constantly, I like to bring my main free skill with me (spell shield) then put a copy rune into it, once I have enough soulstones, I roll it again, slap a 5 star rune slot release and be on my merry way, If you have more than 1 free skills, the one in the rightmost slot is the one that is always available to use.

Power Runes
They actually increase things like shield gain, heal power, soulstone gain skills (like mining), fixed ailment/buff percentages (like 25% vulnerability, it increased if a power rune is added to shield breaker) and lots of other stuff.

Demand Runes
On the other hand, these ones dont modify all power but rather rune attribute, so it only works on things that expressly say its based on another attribute.
If a burst-mode skill triggers another skill, the triggered skill will trigger in burst mode too.

Auto: Rune Triggers
A skill triggered automatically (through auto runes) has its cooldown AND consumption reduced to 1 , this is great for big cooldown skills, for those, I like to put Auto:Free or Auto:Boost on them if possible and making my free skill highly boostable with Tempo or Boost runes.

Equipment % stat caps
Percentage abilities on equipment are capped, like evasion caps at 25% or Resistance caps at 50%, but only per ability, so you could have Evasion 25% 3 times out of 5 in a single equipment for a grand total of +75% evasion or have a greedy gear with 3 Greed

Craftsmanship vs Duplicate+Strengthen
The ability craftsmanship levels up your equipment as you level up, the same effect can be applied if you are able to craft a duplicate effect then a strengthen on the duplicated item (that would cost you 150 ST)

Crafting to scale (Remove EQ abilities)
There is a contract that enables you to craft-delete the bottom-most attribute on an item, leaving only Craftsmanship on it, you could have an item with 4 +? maxHP and Craftsmanship leveling it up in the background.Make an item with 4 ignore craft costs and craft for free.

Greed vs Soulstone loot +? vs Mining skill vs Gold search skill
Greed +10% will give you 1 stone per 10 gain, not much but this also affects treasure from events and/or event minibosses, so 10% of 100, yeah. This caps to 25% per attribute gear slot.
Greed also affects Mining skill not gold search but its burst mode, Jackpot, can give hundreds of stones, but most of the time it only gives 3 or so.
Put some Auto:Damage/Free/Boost on those skills and just pass turns using a free skill like first aid or spell shield and get infinite moneys.

Rune Slot Release
Not very self explanatory, but there are different star versions of this.
Basically, the stars indicate how many slots will be "installed" into the skill, making this one of the most crucial mechanics you need to powerup during a run. For example, find rune slot release 5 stars to pay 100 soulstones to make the skill you just rolled into a 5-slot.

Ailment: Skill Lock
What this does is that all skill effects are nullified completely, but you can still "use" them, reducing its number of uses and giving it cooldown, runes on it wont trigger though, as soon as you use one skill, the effect will lessen and hopefully be removed if it reached 0 acts.

Attribute: Eternal Youth
Ibistyll on reddit:
"Burn, petrification, Switcher rune, Toughness and some effects and a few skills are all triggered by the start of the turn. If it says "by the start of the turn" it's likely negated by Eternal Youth that makes EY mostly good especially for damage mitigation but has the downside of limiting build option a little bit. it doesn't prevent Delayed Damage as it is an effect that triggers once the debuff runs out naturally, it doesn't (prevent) the natural bravery increase per turn and it doesn't prevent buffs/debuffs or having their amount of turns decreased"

Attribute: Willpower and Blood Armor
Willpower negates Uncontrollable and Temptation, this last one is nasty and often ends runs if you dont notice it quickly enough, it makes the target of your skills switch, so you often attack yourself.
Blood Armor negates all ailments when at zero stacks.

Attribute: Item Reuse +?%
Dont underestimate this one, if you can re-use items, reusing books can give you a new skill with more runes (if you acquired add runes +?%) or that equipment you brought will be rerolled with stats according to your level when you use it again.

Attribute: Construction Breakthrough
You know how you spend mod points in camp to buy skill tree nodes? well, this thing will let you SEE farther out the tree as you pick nodes.

Risk, Savage Mode and Attribute: Transcendence
While exploring the dungeon, to the top right you'll see a flame, some actions that increase this value, when it glows red, more enemies will start spawning along with more rewards. When the flame goes red its called Savage mode, it caps at 999% percent, UNLESS you have Transcendence where it keep going up forever, the more you have of this, the more enemies you'll fight and also the bigger the rewards,
  • Moving rooms = -2
  • Defeating an enemy/Event = +3
  • Kill Elite = +6
  • Using a camp = -13?

Dungeon Clearing Achievements
Almost all dungeons have an achievement tied to it when cleared, exceptions are Trial, Sanctuary, Battlefield, Crystal Beach.

Buying bones for skeletal adjustment
In Shop->Other Shop->Silver coins you can buy a bone, go to the Lab Storage and enter the skeletal adjustment interface where you can "roll" to change your job or race's attributes.

Bones are costly, so thats 10k silver coins a roll.. ah, how we love to gamble.

The innate attributes of the job/race never change, so for example, this Torturer's ability (remove enemy buffs when using quick skills) will always remain.
Dungeon Effects
As you travel through the dungeons, some rooms can have unique icons, when you enter those rooms, the dungeon will acquire an effect, most effects are penalties but some can help you in the right circumstances since the effect is applied to both you and your enemies.

A dungeon can only have up to 5 active effects, when you trigger the sixth effect, the oldest one gets overwritten.

You can grab more than one of the same effect, for example, if you find 3 torches in a row, you'll have 3 torch effects active.

If you want an in-game guide, press the End key for a glossary, the effects should be listed there along with the meaning of all icons that can appear in a room.
