描述
This is a re-upload of a Halo: Custom Edition campaign, "Area 56". This is a singleplayer campaign with 5 missions and one ending cutscene "mission".

I did not create this map, please find the creator and original description below:

Author: Eric Lamothe AKA Halo Hogger

Description: Took much longer than anticipated. I took many long breaks during the creation process of Area 56. I hope it was worth the wait. All the maps I’ve ever made were maps I planned on playing for my own pleasure. I’m happy to see others enjoy the maps and mods I’ve made. This one is single player, and I couldn’t fit everything I wanted to do into one file as usual. Have fun!

I second Ranchu's complaint it crashes in the desert battle

It's a nostalgic map considering the history of the Area series but it is genuinely miserable to play. Never a clear objective, tunnels to the next area hidden, I grenade jumped to get to the ladder to bypass the bar section since I couldn't find the next area in the bar... The 2nd level starts off with some parkour from hell too. They are horrible missions but the Area 53 is custom edition history so it gets a thumbs up from me.

There is alot of `fatal error` crashes on part 4 (desert) map during the final battle.

Nice! Thanks for porting this! So far it all seems to be working properly - if anyone is having trouble, trying looking up a playthrough on YouTube. It's a bit of an obtuse map.

not sure what im supposed to do in part 5. is it a stealth section?

I think something is broken at the big robot section, everything just seems to loop.
