Colonies Expanded

This WIP mod expands upon colonial trade companies like the VOC and EIC, and adds several new ones.

The following colonial trade companies were added:

Macau: As Portugal, own the province of Macau
Hong Kong: As Great Britain, own the province of Canton
Singapore: As Great Britain, own the province of Singapura
French Indochina: As France, own at least 4 provinces in the Indochina region.
Geoctroyeerde West-Indische Compagnie: As The Netherlands, own at least 4 provinces in either the Guinea region the Carribeans region or the South America superregion

In addition, more valid provinces have been added to the VOC: As the Netherlands, own at least 4 provinces in either the India superregion, the South African Plateau area, the Cape of Good Hope area, the Taiwan area, the Malaya region, the Indonesia region or the Moluccas region.
