24.10 update- Changed quality to 3, knockback similar to soy milk, changed -0.2 shot speed into -0.4 and added internal item descriptions support

item will probably get its final nerf with damage being lower making the item more fair (since if u get homing or all bullets hit u deal more damage than with sacred heart)

New update (more info in desc) no epic fetus synergy yet

Thank you, next update will include eternal item desc support, remove knockback (similar) to soy milk and lower shotspeed even more. Also a new synergy for epic fetus
