sorry bro yea with no bonuses shooting 4 times makes it ~20fps. THEN i got an item that shoots
through the edge of a room teleing to the other side of room so i went down to about a 13fps average and made it to mom but after mom i got the classic move your own shots by holding the shoot button (by this point i had several other tear size/trail buffs)and i never had more than 3 fps after this just by shooting once. but my tears dont because move your own tear so it shoots more fps degrading pellets and i had to wait about 10 seconds just so the pause menu would open so i could close. i couldnt tell you what items, but i can tell you i was in a modlist that woundnt play above 35 fps

in what way? if u shoot? i need more details

SIMPLY CAUSES LAG

item will probably get its final nerf with damage being lower making the item more fair (since if u get homing or all bullets hit u deal more damage than with sacred heart)
