Too many changes to list but here are some:

Garrisons on newly captured settlements will have 25% health instead of 10%.
Increased PO penalty faction-wide for abandoning settlements.
Autoresolve is less likely to destroy a unit.
Autoresolve: More flanking melee units can attack at once.
Autoresolve: Slightly reduced flanking damage to soften the above line's impact.
More ancillary steal chance when winning a battle.

Etc, etc, treat it like a total overhaul of a variable file. =)
