How to install:
Launch up the game and a message should pop up for a few seconds saying its downloading this mod on the top left corner.
Exit the game.
Find your POSTAL 2 folder. (Can be done pressing right click on the POSTAL 2 name on the library, hover your mouse to Properties, then click Browse Local Files)
Go to WorkshopContent
Go to the folder named 3567697481 then Music
Copy the file named "gay_club.ogg" to the POSTAL2Complete/Music folder, choose replace and it's done!
