List of mod suggested for servers.

Communtiy Balance Mod is the semi-official current balance, with several big changes to balance, run on many servers.
Shine Admin and Epsilon are basically required, the rest is a lot of Look and Feel, and is mostly commonly used.
Towards the end of the list are minor bug fixes.
