Hmm, I'm also on Windows 11, but having the opposite behavior. According to the description, the program needs Java 8, maybe check that and see if this do the trick.

@Will on windows the Station Editor exe does not launch, even when running as administrator

It has already been reuploaded, please refer to the description.
Could you also please let me know exactly what needs to be fixed? I'm not very familiar with the Java language it was programmed in, so I can't guarantee I can fix any issues. However, you can still provide feedback on this mod though.

There's only the info and channel tab in the options. You sure you put that in there or it was just me?
