More ExtraDimensions

In vanilla, only 8 extradimensions are generated that extradimensional hunters can be from, and each one has specific mods that roll on extradimensional items from that dimension. Since there are more than 8 mods, in each world, there are some extradimensional mods that can't generate.
This mod causes 24 extradimensions to generate on worldgen instead of 8.
This mod will conflict with any mod that changes DimensionManager.GenerateMoreDimensions() which I believe is none of them.
