Unlike Herbert, he doesn't need to gain a large amount of loyal subjects and biomass to achieve his true form (though he would need it to achieve it permanently), but instead drink 3 Jack Daniels, unfortunately due to this, the transformation tends to be temporal and he cannot do much during it due to his drunkness.
