Kindly download the WAVE first as it contains the animation files.
This is a patch that makes WAVE's _reg_human_movement values work with Horten's Frontlines.

Activate in this order:

1. First is Horten's Frontline.
2. All HF submod in their right order
3. Warrior250's Animation Variety Expanded.
4. WAVE-Horten's Frontline Patch.

I would recommend using a Mod Manager, activating mod in Extras messes up the load order.

I say again, download WAVE as it contains the files needed.

If Horten's Frontline mod does work in Conquest, I think you should be able to. I'm not certain about this claim though, as I mainly do campaign.

Horten's Frontlines adds 3 extra animations that gets disabled by WAVE since they use the same files.

Although you can play without these three animations, there might become instances where characters will just go T-Pose because said animations become missing.
