The P.A.D.S. or Projectile and Air Denial Site, does exactly what you think it does.

P.A.D.S. works by firing beams of lasers strong enough to shape even atoms, to make anything it comes into contact with, if moving, stop like it wasn't even moving. (granted it enters the lasers range.)

The technology used to make P.A.D.S. work is still mostly experimental. The lasers have short range, and may cut out.

DO NOT LOOK DIRECTLY INTO THE LASER PROJECTOR Look all you want, you can't sue us because you signed the contract.
