31st Century Soundtrack (DLC 7 Update)

描述
Completely replaces the vanilla soundtrack with music from the original MechWarrior 2 trilogy and a hand full of extra tracks from MechWarrior 3 & 4 as well to fill out areas like the starmap and mechbay.

This mod was mostly made as a learning exercise so I can attempt to make a similar mod for Clans.

I recommend SankaraSamsaras MW2 Betty mod for peak immersion.

@FTW Timber Wolf, still waiting on the Clans mod tools to get a public release. Some modders got access early though so hopefully its not too far out.

Hello sir, great work on the mod. I'm patiently awaiting a similar music mod for MW5 Clans. You mentioned in the mod description that you were looking to do just that. Did you happen to get the mod tools already for Clans?

If you do get around to making a MW5 Clans complete music conversion mod, would you consider making one utilizing the A New Dawn Timothy Seals version?

While i love the original music, i find the Timothy Seals version keeps it a bit more modern while totally keeping with the old vibe.

@Max Danger Power, This mod actually includes the full Mechwarrior 2:Mercenaries soundtrack. the more high octane tracks like "Snake City" and "Trojan Horse" will play in combat while the slower tracks like "Phoenix Dawn" and "Scalpel" play outside of combat.

Oooh that would be great, a separate mod.
Because I do really enjoy your mod currently in the menu's. But indeed, some of the tracks currently in the base game/DLC's during fights really hit hard that are now not playing anymore.

A separate mod as a best of both worlds would be amazing. But leave the MW2/3/4 in the menu's instact. I dont want to hear the vanilla menu music anymore. :P

@LongTimeAgo A toggle button would be beyond my expertise, the only option for me would be adding the vanilla tracks back to the playlists and uploading a second mod. I feel you though, I am particularly fond of the track "Titan" from the Dragons Gambit DLC. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v3BzRyOWsSU

Is it possible that you can make a toggle so that the originals will mix in between as well? Some of the new rock/metal songs are catchy during fights. ;)
If its not possible, no biggie, this one is great as it is already.
