Industrial Overhaul + Resource Progression

A quick mod I made that changes which ores spawn on which (vanilla star system) planets :D

I made it because I love Industrial Overhaul but I also love Scarce Resources / Resource Progression

Changes:

- No more silver or gold on Earth or Pertam

- No more Uranium, Tantalum or Gold on asteroids

- No more Gold or Uranium on Moon / Europa

- Added Uranium to Alien

This makes it so the game progresses as such:

Easy Mode - Start on Earth, fly to asteroids for silver (for med components), fly to Moon for gold, tantalum (for jump drive), fly to Alien for uranium

Hard Mode - Start on Pertam, fly to asteroids for silver (for med components), fly to Europa for gold, tantalum (for jump drive), fly to Alien for uranium

To use this properly (since I dont really like nor see the point in Mars, Titan or Triton) you basically need Earth/Moon, Pertam/Europa and Alien in a custom star system
