Kentucky State Penitentiary

A large penitentiary between Louisville and Westpoint. Located close to the Crossroads Mall.
There are multiple spawn points in the facility that will start you in a random cell.
Inside the Penitentiary are 3 cell blocks, cafeteria, kitchen, laundry room, rec room, small library, classroom.
As well as guard offices, armory, breakrooms, medical facilities, and surveillance rooms.

I recommend using Wolf Custom Starting Conditions mod Workshop ID: 2796233765 to enable zombies to spawn in the starting building.
Without this option, spawning in this building will result in no zombies being inside.
There might be similar mods that allow a feature like this but I know this one works.
This mod uses cells 48,16 and 49,16.
