NPC Better ai

This addon introduces new dynamic behaviors to NPCs, making encounters more immersive and unpredictable:

NPC Panic: When an explosion or the death of another NPC occurs nearby, NPCs will react with fear. They start running chaotically or fleeing the scene, creating a sense of panic and unpredictability.

NPC Pack Behavior: NPCs of the same type will instinctively group together. They move as a pack, staying close to one another, and coordinate their attacks as a unit, making them more dangerous in numbers.
