Reaver Camps Expanded

This mod turns the reaver camps into formidable military outposts. Adds the following:
- If Valamon is killed and Elder is alive, the Skeleton Bandits take the camps. A mechanical shop and smithy with their equipment can be found.
- If Elder is killed, the Crab Raiders take over the outposts. A smithy, as well as a mechanical and crab shop can be found.
-If the Crab Queen is killed, then the South Hive infest the camps.
-Finally, if the South Hive Queen is killed, the Mercenary Guild take control. A Merc Smithy and some squatters can be found.
