The psychic manipulator gives a 10% manipulation boost by default, but it is supposed to scale with psychic sensitivity. My mod only uses static values, so I put in 20kgs as the default, since I assume you will have more than 100% psychic sensitivity if you are using it.
You would need to use the mod settings to change it if you want it to scale with your psychic sensitivity, or if you think 20kgs is too high or too low.
@crazygoose4219, yeah, a lot of those hours are from the game idling in the background for days at a time. The only suitable bionics I found from SoS2 were a Spine, Psychic Manipulator, and Archotech Skin. Was there something else you wanted to add other than those?
