Significantly increase the 'stall' altitude for aircraft.
Significantly increase the build speed of small munitions

Changes:
- 20mm ammo production speed 10x faster
- 5000m aircraft height limit (was 2000)
- 25km TV missile range

the autopilot is still capped at 2000, you can manually fly up to 5000

Do you have to have it installed and enabled before beginning a new campaign? or can you add this in the middle of a playthrough? Also, will it just let you fly the aircraft manually up to 5000, and not set the drone that high with the terminal commands?

I did that. In the game, I can only select up to 2000.

no, you just need to subscribe here and enable it in the game main menu
